At Creativepro Design, we value transparency and fairness in
all our client relationships. Because our digital agency
operates on a unique "pay after completion" model for our
international clients, our refund and cancellation processes
differ from traditional service models.
1. Cancellation Before Project Completion
Because we do not charge upfront fees, clients have the
flexibility to cancel a project before the final handover.
However, the following terms apply:

Early Cancellation: If you decide to
cancel the project shortly after kickoff and before
significant resources have been allocated, you may do so
without penalty.

Mid-Project Cancellation: If
cancellation occurs after a substantial amount of design
or development work has been completed, Creativepro
Design reserves the right to issue a prorated invoice
for the billable hours and resources invested up to the
date of cancellation.

Intellectual Property: In the event of
any cancellation prior to final payment, all design
assets, codebases, and intellectual property remain the
sole property of Creativepro Design. No files will be
transferred to the client.
2. Cancellation by Creativepro Design
We reserve the right to pause or cancel a project under the
following circumstances:

Failure by the client to provide necessary assets,
feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
(typically 14 consecutive days of unresponsiveness).

A breach of our Terms & Conditions, including scope
creep that the client refuses to fairly compensate.
- Unprofessional or abusive behavior toward our team.
3. Refund Policy
Our "pay after completion" model requires clients to
thoroughly review, test, and approve the final deliverables
(e.g., on a staging server or via final mockups)
before the final invoice is paid.
Therefore:

Non-Refundable Payments: Once the final
invoice is paid and the project assets (files, code,
server deployments) are handed over to the client, all
payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Approval Implies Satisfaction: Payment
of the final invoice constitutes your complete
satisfaction with the delivered project.

Billing Errors: In the rare event of an
accidental double charge or a verifiable processing
error by our payment gateway, a full refund for the
overcharged amount will be issued immediately upon
notification.
4. Post-Launch Support & Warranty
Instead of cash refunds for completed work, we stand by the
quality of our code and design. Creativepro Design offers a
standard 14-day bug fix warranty following
the final handover. If any technical issues, broken links,
or design glitches directly related to our scope of work are
discovered within 14 days of launch, our team will resolve
them at no additional cost.
